We are pleased to announce that from 1st April, our base rate of pay will increase to £12.00 an hour, in line with the Real Living Wage.
The Real Living Wage rates are independently calculated each year by the Resolution Foundation and overseen by the Living Wage Commission, based on the best available evidence about living standards in London and the UK. This is the second year in a row that the Real Living Wage has increased by 10%, reflecting the ongoing cost of living crisis.
