As an ISMM Centre, The Telemarketing Company is accredited to deliver ISMM courses and assess and certify trainees that meet the required standards. The company has the necessary resources and processes in place on-site to ensure all agents receive best in class training and on-going development. All training is aligned to the externally audited standard and the company can accredit employees with the Level 2 Award in Telesales, the most relevant industry qualification.
