Our full team is now remote working so we’re open for business as usual and available to help any organisations needing emergency support for inbound or outbound phone contact.
Whilst the impact of the COVID-19 is creating uncertainty for us all, business still continues. Given this uncertainty, I would like to provide an update on how we are approaching the current situation and to give assurance that there will be minimal disruption and we will continue to offer our full range of services to those who may need our support.
With a large IT team and proprietary calling platform, we are fortunate to have processes in place to maintain our high standards of service, fully compliant with our ISO 27001 accreditation. We are maintaining a 'business as usual' approach to delivery and taking every step to ensure that service levels are not impacted unnecessarily. As the health and wellbeing of our employees is paramount, we now have provision for the majority of employees to work from home for the foreseeable future, offering a large calling resource that can flex and scale as requirements change in these uncertain times.
Given the unpredictability of our current situation, we are available to provide a wide range of services at short notice should you have an urgent, unforeseen or new requirement. In addition to proactive outbound calling, we also provide call handling, inbound support and can help with any communications needs.
