We’re delighted to share that in line with our commitment to fair pay and the latest Real Living Wage rates set by the Living Wage Foundation, our base rate of pay will increase to £12.60 per hour from May 1st.

Unlike government-set minimum wages, the Real Living Wage is independently calculated based on the actual cost of living. It ensures wages keep pace with rising expenses, helping workers and their families afford a decent standard of living.

By adopting this rate, we reaffirm our dedication to supporting our employees with fair, competitive pay. We truly value the hard work and commitment of our team and believe in rewarding them accordingly.

Niall Habba, MD
"Our people are the heart of our success, and we’re committed to ensuring they’re fairly rewarded for their hard work. Aligning our base pay with the Real Living Wage is a key part of how we support our team and recognise their dedication."
