Michael Butler joined The Telemarketing Company in February 2009, bringing with him over 20 years senior management experience, together with a proven track record of successful campaign implementation, change management, and major account management across a wide range of call centres and sectors. With extensive experience in recruiting, coaching and developing individuals, Michael manages a large operational team that includes experienced proactive Account Managers, ISM trained agents and CATI specialists working to MRS standards.
