Training and Development
Nicky first engaged with The Telemarketing Company as a client in 2008, when working as Head of Sales for a large information company. Using the agency for an outbound sales campaign gave Nicky an in-depth understanding of their processes and people-centric culture. This experience proved useful when, having established her own training consultancy, she was engaged by The Telemarketing Company in 2016 as Training and Development Consultant.
Alongside a foundation of induction and core skills training such as sales and customer service for new recruits, Nicky provides training to support the career development plans of staff across the business including:
