Senior Campaign Analyst
Mik joined TTMC Research, the Research Division of The Telemarketing Company, in February 2002. He worked initially as a Research Executive but progressed quickly to Senior Research Executive and Team Manager before moving into account management and, most recently, taking up a Senior Account Manager role. Mik has account managed many different types of engagement from market research, data cleanse and enhancement, lead generation and event marketing, right through to highly complex compliance-based campaigns, such a Part VII transfers. Aside from clients in the financial/insurance sector such as MetLife/Alico, Mik has worked with clients across a wide range of other sectors including EDF, Faversham House and ACAS. In his role as Senior Campaign Analyst, Mik is responsible for the integration of new clients and for the on-going development and improvement of our internal systems.
