Joined in 2009
Daren joined The Telemarketing Company as a telemarketer and developed his skills working on the phones, supporting a diverse mix of cross-sector campaigns, representing hundreds of different clients. He gravitated towards the technology sector campaigns due to their dynamic nature and the opportunity they provided to learn. Having honed his skills, he quickly progressed to Team Manager and spent five years in this role, helping to develop the specialist skills and approach that has made the technology sector team at TTMC successful.
His experience as an agent and as Team Manager gives him a well-rounded view of all aspects of the telemarketing function, and has led him naturally to the role of Account Manager. As Account Manager for the technology team he is responsible for the end to end execution of voice campaigns on behalf of clients, ensuring their success, from initial client engagement right the way through to ongoing business partnerships.
