TTMC reaccredited to The Interviewer Quality Control Scheme

The Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) is an independently run scheme that requires members to adhere to a set of benchmark market research industry standards. These cover the recruitment, training and appraisal of fieldwork staff, and the implementation of various administrative and validation procedures to maintain the quality and accuracy of data collected.

TTMC Research, the research arm of The Telemarketing Company carries out a wide range of pre and post-sales data cleanse and enhancement services, market research, customer satisfaction and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) compliance calling. TTMC's latest audit has confirmed that all output is to a very high standard to meet client demands and has therefore recommended continued accreditation.
