The Telemarketing Company is pleased to confirm its ongoing commitment to the Brighton & Hove Living Wage Campaign and its pledge to pay all employees a basic salary at least equal to the real Living Wage.
The real Living Wage is significantly higher than the legal minimum wage, and is set independently each year by the Resolution Foundation, based on the
average costs of leading a decent life in the UK. Currently, almost 700 companies are signed up to
Brighton and Hove Living Wage campaign with a network of almost 7,000 employers across the whole of the UK.

It has been a tough year for workers and families and it is especially important to give employees security and support in periods of real stress and uncertainty.
We have been active in this sector for over 30 years and know that you cannot be successful without happy and engaged staff. It is sad to say that the industry hasn’t always excelled in this respect which it is why we are wholly committed to this campaign."
