We are delighted to announce that The Telemarketing Company (TTMC) has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Silver Standard, one of the highest levels available, reached by only 15% of accredited businesses.
Originally awarded IIP in 2001, this is the first time TTMC has been assessed against the new IIP sixth generation framework. Assessors undertook a rigorous review of people management, leadership and development processes and benchmarked the agency against nine indicators of high performance associated with people management. The assessment report highlighted the caring and supportive culture provided by TTMC and the robust, embedded approaches in place to drive success and support continuous improvement. A strong focus on developing people at all levels of the business was reflected in feedback from staff that they felt valued and trusted to make decisions, and encouraged to develop leadership capabilities.

Achieving the Silver Standard puts TTMC in the top third of all IIP accredited companies.
