Second year of growth at The Telemarketing Company
The Telemarketing Company is pleased to announce that FY 2011/12 saw double-digit turnover growth for the second successive year.
This expansion was underpinned by three key areas; an uptick in multi-lingual calling, an increase of circa 40% in demand for our research services and "across the board" increases in spend by existing clients.

In this flat economy, none of this would happen if we weren’t delivering consistently great results and playing a fundamental role in growing our customers' businesses. Further evidence is the addition of 20 new client testimonials to our expanding and unrivalled online library over the twelve month period.
We are particularly happy that investment in the quality of our Market Research offering has paid off. In the past year our Market Research division has been accredited with the MRS IQCS standard, which has raised the bar in terms of what we deliver for our clients and has underpinned this division's expansion.
The recent B2B Barometer Survey and the B2B Lead Generation Benchmarking reports delivered ratings for Telemarketing as a top three method of delivering quality and quantity of B2B leads, so we expect further growth in the next twelve months as businesses increase their use of our highly effective services."
