This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, a good time to think about how we look after our own wellbeing and support the people around us, especially with so much uncertainty in the world.
In our personal lives, at work, and in everyday interactions, our mental health depends on how we treat each other. As a business that has hundreds of conversations every day, we are very aware of the importance of patience, empathy and respect, especially to those who are vulnerable or just dealing with the everyday pressures of life.
This year's theme is 'Taking Action' but recognising that small things can make a big difference - taking time to listen properly, respond thoughtfully and treat people with care.
