TTMC Research, the specialist research division of The Telemarketing Company, has received reaccreditation to IQCS, The Interviewer Quality Control Scheme which, in conjunction with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, sets industry standards for Market Research.

The inspector’s report confirmed that all work carried out by the Research Division met or exceeded IQCS requirements and was completed to a very high standard, with staff benefitting from a thorough appraisal process and comprehensive training programme.
