Whilst we pride ourselves on the agility of our business, none of us could have foreseen the events of the past year. The arrival of COVID meant rapid changes to our working practices, not least of which shifting most of our organisation to remote working, virtually overnight. We are, therefore, very proud to confirm that after a two-day remote inspection during a third lockdown, our ISO 27001:2013 certification has been extended.

Since the start of the pandemic our priority has been to ensure that our systems and processes remain robust and secure and that we continue to meet the high quality and compliance standards required by our clients. Maintaining our ISO 27001 certification status is essential to that and gives clients confidence that we have robust security controls in place to protect their sensitive information and data from being accessed, corrupted, lost or stolen.

Niall Habba, MD, commented,

“Our ISO 27001 certification provides our valued clients with assurance of our best-practice information security processes, validated through an external, independent audit. We consider it a real achievement to have maintained the required standards despite the challenges we have had to face over the past year.

This and our full portfolio of accreditations underpin a robust quality framework that ensures we deliver the right outcomes for our clients, fully compliant with their processes, vital for those working in regulated sectors. We are fully committed to maintaining excellence across the breadth of our services and capabilities, including in the information security management and practices we apply.”

ISO 27001 is the international standard which is recognised globally for managing risks to the security of information held by a business. It certifies that the business has a systematic and ongoing approach to managing information security risks that affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and customer information.
