The Telemarketing Company isn’t what you’d expect. We’re a growing, financially sound and professional business that’s been based on the central Brighton Sea Front for the last 20 years.

We deliver great telesales and telemarketing for clients including American Express, Mars, Allianz, Tesco, Panasonic and many others. Most of our work involves calling businesses, but we also call consumers direct for a small roster of high end clients.

Our 160 people have a wide range of backgrounds, ages (our average is 38), life experience and academic qualification (about half of our staff hold a degree). The package:

  • Initial basic Starting Salary of £14k - £16k
  • Eligibility for bonus earnings and basic increases, taking OTE to over £22k over time

Market Researchers

We have vacancies within our Market Research department for English speaking and Multi-lingual telephone market researchers.

Our work involves conducting telephone based market research, to high standards on behalf of our clients. We are looking for professional, confident and enthusiastic individuals with basic computer skills.

We provide support, development and structured training to natioanlly recognised standards. We are accredited training providers under the Market Research Society's Accredited Interviewer Training Scheme.

Hours are 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday with a starting salary of £12,750 per annum, rising to up to £14,500 plus other benefits including 20 days paid holiday.

Salary is reviewed after three months and there are also genuine career progression opportunities.
